BETMITAS (Betamethasone) belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids.

It is used to treat itching, swollen and irritated skin.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Betamethasone is a corticosteroid drug, sometimes called a steroid. It works by reducing the amount of inflammatory & allergic chemicals made by the body, like histamine. It also reduces the body’s natural immune response, which helps to control inflammation.

DOSAGE:

1 Tablet twice or 4 times a day, based on the condition of the patient.
