Kymolol 25 AM (Amlodipine 5 mg / Metoprolol Tartrate 25 mg)

Kymolol 25 AM is a combination of two antihypertensive medicines: Amlodipine and Metoprolol Tartrate.

This combination is used for the treatment of hypertension in adults.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, reducing vascular resistance and lowering blood pressure.

Metoprolol Tartrate is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that decreases heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure, reducing the heart?s workload.

Together, these medicines provide effective blood pressure control.

DOSAGE:

1 tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician, depending on the patient?s condition.
