Bisonyc-H (Bisoprolol Fumarate 5 mg / Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg)

Bisonyc-H is a combination of two antihypertensive medicines: Bisoprolol Fumarate and Hydrochlorothiazide.

This combination is used for the treatment of hypertension in adults.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Bisoprolol Fumarate is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that reduces heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure, thereby decreasing the workload of the heart.

Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that increases the excretion of sodium and water, reducing blood volume and lowering blood pressure.

Together, they provide effective control of blood pressure.

DOSAGE:

1 tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician, depending on the patient?s condition.
