Koffrave LS (Levosalbutamol 1 mg / Ambroxol 30 mg / Guaifenesin 50 mg per 5 ml)

Koffrave LS is a combination syrup containing Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin.

This combination is used for the treatment of productive cough and bronchial conditions with mucus congestion in adults and children, as directed by a physician.

INDICATIONS:

Productive cough

Respiratory tract congestion

Bronchial disorders with mucus secretion

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle, relieving bronchospasm and improving airflow.

Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus in the airways, facilitating easier expectoration.

Guaifenesin is an expectorant that increases bronchial secretions, helping clear mucus from the airways.

Together, they improve mucus clearance, relieve cough, and support easier breathing.

DOSAGE:

5 ml syrup two to three times daily, or as directed by the physician, depending on the patient?s condition.
