Actiflox-SP (Aceclofenac 100 mg / Paracetamol 325 mg / Serratiopeptidase 15 mg)

Actiflox-SP is a combination of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase.

This medicine is used for the treatment of pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, and post-surgical or traumatic conditions, as directed by a physician.

INDICATIONS:

Pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal disorders

Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

Post-surgical and post-traumatic inflammation

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, which alleviates pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever by acting centrally in the brain.

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps reduce inflammation and swelling by breaking down protein debris at the site of injury or inflammation.

Together, they provide effective pain relief, anti-inflammatory action, and reduction of swelling.

DOSAGE:

1 tablet twice daily, or as directed by the physician, depending on the patient?s condition.
