Description:
TRANXOMIXS-M is a fixed-dose combination used to control excessive bleeding and relieve associated pain and inflammation.

Indications:
? Menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding)
? Bleeding associated with gynecological conditions
? Pain and inflammation related to excessive menstrual bleeding

Mechanism of Action:
Tranexamic Acid is an antifibrinolytic agent that prevents the breakdown of blood clots, thereby reducing bleeding.
Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.

Dosage:
Dosage depends on the severity of the condition and patient response.
To be taken as directed by the physician, preferably after meals.
