KYNOVIR (Tenofovir) is in a class of medications called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs).

INDICATIONS:

This medication is used in the treatment of:

HIV infection

Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Kynovir is an antiviral medication. It prevents the multiplication of virus in human cells. This stops the virus from producing new viruses and clears up your infection.

DOSAGE:

1 Tablet once a day, or as directed by the physician.
