KYMLOVEN H is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that works by inhibiting the influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells, leading to vasodilation (relaxation of blood vessels) and decreased peripheral vascular resistance, thereby reducing blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide: Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that works by increasing the excretion of sodium and water by the kidneys, resulting in decreased blood volume and reduced cardiac output, which helps lower blood pressure.

Glucose intolerance, Sleepiness, Ankle swelling, Headache

It is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure).
