ACTIFLOX R (Aceclofenac 200 mg SR / Rabeprazole 20 mg EC)

ACTIFLOX R is a combination of Aceclofenac (Sustained Release) and Rabeprazole (Enteric Coated).

This medicine is used for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, while protecting the stomach from NSAID-induced irritation, as directed by a physician.

INDICATIONS:

Musculoskeletal pain and inflammation

Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

Prevention of NSAID-induced gastric irritation

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Aceclofenac (SR) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, alleviating pain and inflammation.

Rabeprazole (EC) is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion, protecting the stomach lining from NSAID-induced irritation and ulcers.

Together, they provide effective pain relief while reducing gastrointestinal side effects.

DOSAGE:

1 capsule once daily, or as directed by the physician, depending on the patient?s condition.
