Kymolol CL

Kymolol CL (Clinidipine 10 mg / Metoprolol Tartrate 50 mg ER)

Kymolol CL is a combination of two antihypertensive medicines: Clinidipine and Metoprolol Tartrate Extended-Release.

This combination is used for the treatment of hypertension in adults.

INDICATIONS:

Hypertension

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Clinidipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, reducing vascular resistance and lowering blood pressure.

Metoprolol Tartrate (ER) is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that decreases heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure, reducing the heart?s workload.

Together, these medicines provide better blood pressure control.

DOSAGE:

1 tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician, depending on the patient?s condition.
