OXENSPAS ( Camylofin Dihydrochloride and Paracetamol Tablets ) is a combination of two medicines mainly belongs to the class of anticholinergic and analgesic respectively.

INDICATIONS:

Dysmenorrhea (Abdominal cramps)

Irregular periods

Camylofin works by relaxing the muscle of the stomach and intestine which reduce the pain and cramps in abdominal pain and paracetamol works by inhibiting the chemical messenger that causes pain.

DOSAGE:

Camylofin (50 mg) and Paracetamol (500 mg)/Tablet, or as directed by the physician.
