Pramipexole (0.5 / 0.25 / 0.125 / 1) mg Tablets.

PREZEM (Pramipexole) belongs to a class of drugs known as Dopamine Agonists.

It is generally used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease (PD; a disorder of the nervous system that causes difficulties with movement, muscle control, and balance), including shaking of parts of the body, stiffness, slowed movements, and problems with balance.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

PREZEM (Pramipexole) is a Dopamine agonist. It works by increasing the action of dopamine,(A natural substance in the brain that is needed to control movement.),thereby reducing the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.

DOSAGE:

The Dose range varies from 0.125 to 4.5 mg per day, based on the condition of the patient.
