PSYPID-2T MD is a combination of two medicinal compounds: Risperidone & Trihexyphenidyl

INDICATIONS:

This combination of medications is used to treat:

Schizophrenia

Acute Manic Episodes

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic which works by balancing the levels of chemical messengers (dopamine and serotonin) to improve mood, thoughts, and behaviour.

Trihexyphenidyl is an anticholinergic which works on the nervous system and corrects some of the chemical imbalances that cause Parkinson’s disease and certain side effects occurring during antipsychotic treatment.

DOSAGE: 1 Tablet once a day or as directed by the physician.
