Cetrimide is an antiseptic and disinfectant used topically for wound cleansing and the treatment of some skin disorders.

USES:

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Cetrimide is a cationic surfactant. It destroys or damages the cell membrane by lowering surface tension. It causes microbial protein denaturation and produces antiseptic action.
