DEFZATAS SUSPENSION (Deflazacort) is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. Often known as steroids,which are anti-inflammatory medicines.

DEFZATAS SUSPENSION (Deflazacort) increases the level of glucocorticoids in the body (Glucocorticoids are powerful medicines that fight inflammation), and works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation and suppresses immunity to stop self damage to the body by the immune system.

USAGE:

The recommended oral dosage of DEFZATAS SUSPENSION is approximately 0.9 mg/kg/day once daily.

Shake well the oral suspension before each use
