INDICATIONS:

Mixed Hyperlipidemia

Hypertriglyceridemia

Elevated LDL & Total Cholesterol

Prevention of cardiovascular events in dyslipidemic patients

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Rosuvastatin:

Rosuvastatin works by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, the key enzyme responsible for cholesterol synthesis in the liver.
This helps:

Reduce LDL (bad cholesterol)

Reduce triglycerides

Increase HDL (good cholesterol)

Fenofibrate:

Fenofibrate activates PPAR-a receptors, which:

Lower triglycerides

Reduce VLDL particles

Increase HDL cholesterol

Improve lipid metabolism and clearance of fatty particles

DOSAGE:

1 tablet once a day or as directed by the physician
